CAYMAN HANDLE This speargun handle is new, featuring ergonomic and mechanically innovative characteristics. The triggering mechanism is highly sensitive and extremely resistant to the traction of the slings. When grabbing the handle, the position of the hand is high in relation to the shaft, allowing quick aiming and great absorption of recoil. The line release is manufactured in die cast stainless steel and positioned on the side, allowing it to be used also with a reel. The safety is also positioned on the side and the reel guide is very slim allowing the space between the reel and the barrel to be reduced to the minimum. The Cayman handle features two chest protectors in different dimensions (interchangeable) and two ergonomic handles for both right handed and left handed (upon request). CAYMAN BARREL The Cayman standard barrel is manufactured in heat treated anodized anti-corrosive aluminum and features an integrated shaft guide with an external diameter of 28mm. The tube is manufactured by extrusion and then cold drawn. The geometry of this barrel increases resistance to bending by 20% compared to a standard circular tube.

CAYMAN HF BARREL This barrel is manufactured by the pioneering and exclusive technology of hydroforming. Omersub has been able to apply, for the first time ever, this technology to the field of spearfishing. The result is a barrel featuring a revolutionary geometry which allows great floatability ( thanks to the greater internal volume), stability in the water and hydrodynamics. All these result in great shooting accuracy. This barrel is not comparable to anything on the market today. The stiffness is 33% higher compared to any other standard cylindrical carbon fiber barrel.

The Comanche spear gun is based on the long experience acquired by Cressi with the Apache series.
New generation thermoplastics have been used for the handgrip and muzzle; these materials are light and at the same time very stiff, with large mechanical resistance. This makes the materials less flexible for more precise firing.
It has a very compact, streamlined and hydrodynamic muzzle. The bands are positioned lower down so the shaft is now perfectly aligned with the bands. The muzzle provides excellent visibility for precise and rapid aiming.
There are also new rail supports for the line on both sides of the point and a new smaller spear-rail connected to the muzzle for the line to pass through, so the shaft is released without jerking. There is a support for a second band on the bottom part.
A longer spear-rail saddle on the front of the handgrip guarantees very precise firing precision at the moment of release.
There are some 4 line releasing devices: two on the side, with new catches to hold the line properly but at the same time to release it easily when firing. There is also a mechanical line releasing device that is freed when the shaft is fired and a fourth one on the front, under the barrel.
The back of the handle ends with a handy sternal support, for easier loading.
The butt is made from soft rubbersoft material, for a safe and comfortable grip. A heavy duty ring attachment for the main line comes out of the bottom part of the butt.
A lot of attention has gone into the design of the streamlined, high capacity reel (up to 70 m of dacron). It comes with a premium recoil snap and excellent friction, really progressive and effective.
It has a dovetail clutch line system for hooking onto the gun, situated so that all the line releasing devices can always be used, including the mechanical one activated by the trigger (Cressi exclusive).
The Comanche barrel is made from special, very stiff anti-corrosion tubes to ensure excellent firing precision.
The standard bands are black, highly reactive and quick, with a diameter of 16 mm and articulated wishbone.
They can be substituted with the more powerful 18 mm diameter, S45 bands, or, particularly in the longer models, with the 20 mm diameter, G20 bands.

The Excalibur 2000 spear gun series is the evolution of Omersub classic Excalibur speargun which was first introduced on the market at the end of the 1990’s. There are three different models in this family of spearguns: the Excalibur 2000, the Carbonium and the Carbon Mimetic. The most important improvement on the Excalibur 2000 spearguns, compared to their predecessor, is certainly the muzzle which has been derived from the aluminum made muzzle developed for the Alluminum speargun. The muzzle has been reinforced in some parts but has maintained the same basic advantages. Having used Nylon 66 with 50% fiber glass to inject mold this part, we were able to not compromise its structure and still maintain the hydrodynamics of the aluminum made muzzle. The new muzzle can be used on all spear guns featuring a barrel with an internal diameter of 25.6mm (Omer aluminum barrels) or 25.0 mm (Omer carbon fiber barrels). Cod. ex 16 for all Omer spear guns featuring an alluminium barrell Cod. ex 17 for all Omer spear guns featuring a carbon fiber barrell The muzzle features a small stainless steel clip inserted in the bottom part. This clip allows the reel line to pass through after shooting, without any interference. The assembly on the barrel is done with a pin manufactured in a highly technical plastic material called Grivory GV5H. This material allows the pin to be as resistant as metal pin but avoiding the usual oxidation. The triggering mechanism is the classic Omersub “Frictionless Release”. Thanks to a small wheel working on the trigger, the release of shafts is very smooth and precise. The mechanism also features an automatic line releaser. As an alternative to the automatic system, the line can also be positioned on the bottom of the handle in the more classic “crocodile mouth”. Finally, the handle also features a guide for plastic and aluminum reels. EXCALIBUR 2000 The Excalibur 2000 features a 28 mm dia. anodized aluminum barrel in the dimensions indicated. The 82 cm special model features 6.3 mm dia. 125 cm long stainless steel shaft while all the others feature a more classic 6.5 mm dia. stainless steel shaft. On the barrel, you will find an adjustable plastic shaft guide which is usually positioned closer to the handle, to increase the shooting precision

New spear-gun that revolutionizes the sector thanks to a series of patented innovations and technical refinements. First of all, the barrel is moulded from a special aluminium alloy and incorporates a spear-rail saddle all the way along. It is variable section so as to guarantee more buoyancy in the front part to make it perfectly balanced in the water. This barrel is totally resistant to bending even when using the most powerful bands, at the same time guaranteeing extreme lightness and constant standardized production assured by the industrial workmanship.
