Omersub Alien mask is positively the first mask on the market, designed and conceived exclusively for spearfishing.
As on the Exsite mask, the buckles have been positioned on the silicone skirt, instead of the classic position on the mask frame. This allows the lenses to be closer to the eyes allowing a greater field of vision and avoiding any increase of the internal volume of air. The internal volume of air of the Alien is in fact exactly the same as the Abyss mask.
The buckles have also been redesigned to be positioned as close to the mask skirt as possible. This allows the mask to be more hydrodynamic and avoids turbulences during the dive.
The mask skirt is manufactured in a very soft anallergic black or clear silicone and the frame is moulded with a frosted non reflective thermoplastic material.
Same great features of the classic Alien mask but the frame has been camouflaged through highly resistant 3D coating. The mask skirt and strap are manufactured in green silicone for the Med Mimetic model and in blue for the Ocean Mimetic model, for a perfect blend with all other components. |
