- The Hart Toro Specialized FK 8M rod: 2-section rod for medium spinning for coastal or inland predators. Sweet but nervous rod, perfect for fishing with small and medium artificials, throwing them very far and handling them perfectly. With it we can also enjoy fishing with vinyls, both darting and jerking.
