Saltiga 15 Slow Jigging Daiwa

 

Daiwa offers a new reel for vertical fishing with a waterproof Mag Sealed bearing and a new ATD brake, this Saltiga baitcasting is certainly the most evolved in its category. This powerful reel retrieves 1m of line per turn of the crank. It is ideal for practicing slow jigging at great depths. Its lowered foot allows the angler to cover the reel with his hand, for a smooth grip. Its high capacity spool and its powerful and progressive brake allow you to measure yourself with combative fish. The reel is equipped with a sound clicker that allows the reel to be blocked in case of hooking on the bottom. To release (or break...) the line, you can click the clicker and pull the line without forcing the rod. The locked spool allows you to have a support point that makes it easy to pull the locked line without using your fingers and risking cutting yourself. Once the line has been released, all you have to do is return the clicker to its starting position. Validation is easy because the click noise disappears when the reel is put back into fishing action. Size 35 offers superior capacity, power and strength for heavier casts and tackling larger fish.

The SJ model has an off-axis grip for a better grip in powerful combat. This aluminum fist allows for longer animations of the "long fall" type (large vertical pull followed by a long accompanied release). This reel offers the possibility of changing the length of the handle depending on the angler, going from 85 to 95 mm in length depending on the model. - Brake with ATD (Automatic Tournament Drag) technology with audible click
