MASTER ARA is the most technical Cressi dive fin, which achieves better performance in compromised situations (currents, etc.) and that allows to maintain a greater speed of advance with a very contained effort. This fin is based on the construction principles and materials of the fins of apnea and underwater fishing, especially in the concept that began when developing the prestigious Gara series. It is the fin preferred by instructors, professionals and technical divers, who find in it a propulsive instrument without equal in any condition.

Made in three different materials fused in a single process (patented by Cressi). Each is applied to different areas of the fin according to its requirements in terms of flexibility, hardness, reaction or resistance. In this way, it is possible to assign to each zone the ideal dynamic characteristic required, without the need to increase thicknesses, achieving a maximum lightness and saving of inertia:

Flexible elastomer -termocaucho- Shore 50º (gray color): applies to areas that require flexibility and elasticity (shoe tip, sole inside and ankle contact area) as they influence the comfort of the diver.

Compact elastomer Shore 90º (black color): flexible but not elastic. It is applied to areas that require a gummy, non-slip but firm composition and high strength, such as the longitudinal nerves, sole of the shoe and the strap of the foot (located in the middle of the instep). This material connects the critical point of transmission of the energy (the instep) with the nerves in a single piece, avoiding the usual loss of energy through excessively flexible components of the shoe (heavy, slow and fatiguing, instep).

Polypropylene: a material inherited from apnea that has as its main characteristic the very fast transmission of applied energy. It is applied to the shovel and inner area of ​​the sole sandwich. It is very nervous and reactive and facilitates a very agile flutter and a vertiginous advance. It has an effort / performance ratio that is superior to rubber (natural or thermoplastic), polyurethane, E.V.A. And only surpassed by carbon. It also has great resistance to breakage to the point that Cressi guarantees it for life for sports use.

Its wide blade in polypropylene of high modulus without any commercial ornamentation, maintains the original reactivity of the polypropylene and its wide surface guarantees a very comfortable advance with very slight movements, as well as a good stability of the diver in static situations. The absence of lateral nerves at the end of the blade makes it easy to control the fin in the water, to alternate flutter, rotate or stabilize. The shoe has three different volumes with a narrowed middle area so that the foot is firmly fixed inside and the transmission of the foot / shoe effort is direct and precise.


It combines a new buckles of essential design and hydrodynamic, adaptable to all the Cressi models, with a novel self-regulating strip made in pure latex of high elasticity. Latex is the most elastic material of nature and has the property of being able to elongate up to 8 times its length without breaking and with total elastic memory, that is, recovering the initial length. Applied to the strip of the fins gives us enormous advantages:

Reduces the need for sizes as the strip itself comfortably covers wide ranges of elongation.

Allows placement comfort vs. relationship. Fastening of the fin, well above the spring systems, precisely because of its high elastic coefficient (X8 against X1,5 of the spring).

Eliminates the cumbersome need for regulation of traditional buckles, a process that does not always guarantee the correct fit of the heel, especially in novice divers or stressful situations the equipment process.

By maintaining the comfort of the flutter, it allows a high level of pressure on the heel necessary to achieve a correct transmission of the energy applied to the fin without loss of energy by "spring effect".

It assimilates the crushing of the neoprene of the scarf when descending and compressing the neoprene without loss of fixation.

It is easily replaceable and essential both conceptually and in its manufacture and assembly.

The natural latex used is of the highest quality without loads that alter its performance and guarantees a high resistance to use, saltpeter and exposure to the sun.
